A tired GOOD MORNING!!! to you all! Yup, weird dreams and an active mind kept me up all night and into this morning! But, Newbie and Number 1 Daughter headed south this morning so might catch a nap!
Monday Musings Ed-vise today. Cause it’s MONDAY! So GET AFTER IT!
Watched the UFC fight this past Saturday. In case you didn’t know, I do enjoy watching the fights. Always have.
And then came the Leon Edwards win over Colby “The MAGA Bitch” Covington (TMB for reference).
That fight, or rather the post fight, is what I was musing about.
I know it isn’t just me, but every single MAGA person in the spot light seems to be a, well, BITCH!
Stay with me on this.
Edwards beat up on TMB for 23 minutes out of 25. He out fought him, out punched him, out kicked him and even out wrestled him. TMB was a world ranked wrestler at one point. Wrestled for Oregon State.
For 23 minutes Edwards beat TMB every single minute. In the last two minutes, there was like a 30 second lull and then TMB was finally able to get a take down and nothing more.
The whole world (those watching) saw it.
Then, when the final bell rang, TMB raised his hands like he was the winner. Unfortunately, he wasn’t. Rather than acting like a true competitor and shaking hands with Edwards, TMB stormed off like a little spoiled brat who didn’t get his Participation trophy and started crying that the fight was “Stolen” from him for being a T-Rump lover.
Thus, the Musings.
Whenever a MAGA lover loses, they IMMEDIATELY start crying about how it was stolen from them. They IMMEDIATELY become a MAGA-BITCH! And it is such a fast change.
These are the by product of the “Participation Medal” trauma. You remember this one. It was a Faux News thing where kids would get a participation trophy for simply showing up. They felt entitled to it. It would keep the kids from having a meltdown. Also the “Not Keeping Score” scare where sports wouldn’t keep score to keep from hurting kid’s feelings.
Well, those kids grew up. And now, I realize, THEY ARE THE MAGA FOLKS! When they don’t get their way, they melt down like a little spoiled brat who didn’t get a trophy.
Yet they have the audacity to call Democrats “Snowflakes.”
Congratulations to Edwards. A true champion who gave a solid beat down to a MAGA BITCH!
