Monday Musings Ed-vise today. Cause it’s MONDAY! So GET AFTER IT!

Every hear of her? She is the newest law clerk for Supreme Court Con Man Clarence Thomas. “Con” meaning Conflict of Interests and a wife who worked really hard to subvert the Constitution and such…but that’s a different story.
Crystal, she is an admitted racist who makes no bones about it. At least she was in 2015 and 2018.
In 2015 she was working for Turning Point USA which is Charlie “The White Supremacist” Kirk’s foundation.
The text in question said “I HATE BLACK PEOPLE!” The text string went further to state “like f–k them all. I hate blacks. End of story.”
There was a call for an “investigation.” Why? I haven’t the slightest clue because it seems pretty cut and dry.
Now, does this matter? No, I am not gaslighting you. I am asking a question to you. Why would it matter that such things were said by a law clerk. A minion of a judge. Coffee getter. Water boy (or girl). Towel holder.
It matters. Trust me. It matters.
See, Supreme Court Justices and most appeals court justices don’t really have the time to write up opinions on matters of law. Why? Because they forget a lot of shit. So, what they do is they hire law clerks to do that for them.
The justice says “I want to rule this way.” Then, they tell the law clerks to go find the case law, treatises, scholarly writings etc. to support the way I want to rule.
The clerks go out and do all that research. Then, they write up how the judge wants to rule. The judge reads it (at least some of it). Then sign off on it as if it were their own. If they don’t agree with the law clerk’s work, they send them back to do it again until they get it how the justice wants it.
Now, for a justice to hire someone who “hates” any particular type person, that takes a complete disregard for human beings let alone good law.
First, a justice is supposed to be UNBIASED! That means his rulings are supposed to be UNBIASED. When the person doing the writing is ADMITTEDLY BIASED, that makes it very hard to prove they are UNBIASED!
Second, a justice isn’t supposed to be racist. At least that is what I thought. Which also means his staff isn’t supposed to be racist.
Now, here is the real kicker: Justice Clarence the Con Thomas is (drum roll please…)…BLACK! He is BLACK. Straight up. No joke.
How in the blessed name of all that is holy, did he end up hiring a person who blatantly said I HATE THE COLOR OF MY BOSS!?!?!?!
I am literally standing here beside myself wondering how in the actual fuck this person got away with that.
If there is a conspiracy…HERE IT IS! I honestly think that Clarence the Con Thomas’s wife is trying to get him killed. By a heart attack or some other way.
Who knows though. Maybe, just maybe, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson will lay a nice beat down on that incoming Whore from the Klan law clerk. MAN that would be AWESOME! Get you some Justice Jackson! Get you some!
