A did you miss me GOOD MORNING!!! to you all! Yup, been away a few days. Got back from Flo-rida this past week. It takes a bit to recover from long travels. And going to Flo-rida is just a pain in the ass in the first place, let alone the long flights!

What happened while I was travelling?
The House of “Representatives” (notice the quotation marks) voted to try and ban Tik Tok.
Why?
Because when you have a thing that keeps exposing you, don’t change your ways…BAN IT! It’s the ‘Murican Way!
Here is how it breaks down.
I’ll say it: I do love Tik Tok. In my opinion, it really is a great app. I have learned A LOT about life, science, medicine, law, the world, carpentry, Call of Duty, all from Tik Tok. Reason being is a creator will post something that sparks my curiosity. Then, I rush down the rabbit hole and research it. Like I said, I’ve learned A LOT. Same with Instagram.
What I see a lot of as well, is politicians getting exposed along with newsfeeds you might not see on the regular news. Like the mess in Gaza and the nastiness in Ukraine.
What you don’t see is anything related to the happenings in China. Why? Because China regulates the content that gets put on Tik Tok. Thus, you NEVER see anything bad about China. China can do that because they are a dictatorship government and they do stuff like that.
How does a government suppress the freedom of people: take away access to information.
How does a government get away with murder: take away access to information.
How does a government keep the people under control: take away access to information.
Us people types vote to send our representative to DC to REPRESENT us. I don’t recall asking my “representative” to even attempt to take away ANY of my access to information. Let me check my notes…NOPE! NEVER HAVE!
Congress hates Tik Tok because Tik Tok EXPOSES the games going on in DC. It EXPOSES what is and is not getting done. Further, it EXPOSES the many wrongs that are happening around the world that would otherwise go un-noticed by the everyday folks.
I urge you to contact your Senator and remind them of WHO they work for (you). Then, tell them you did not ask them to ban Tik Tok. Rather you sent them there to do a job. If they don’t like being exposed for failing you, don’t blame the app that exposed you. Change your ways. Seems pretty simple
