HR 6090. You might have heard about it unless you are like many ‘Muricans who have given up on this Congress. Can’t say I blames ya!
That bill passed by the House is the one about anti-semitism. Basically an attempt by Congress to appease Israel and the Evangelical Hypocrites of ‘Murica!
This bill is furthering the notion that our, OUR representatives are NOT representing US!
Instead they are, LITERALLY, selling out to foreign countries. In this particular case, Israel.
It blows my mind to witness such bills being passed on such a large scale. House can’t pass a bill to do any good for ‘Murica but they can pass something to aid a foreign country in restricting our freedoms?
Where are all the 1st Amendment folks that bitch about being censored on the various social media platforms? Where are those that claim their right to speak their minds are being infringed upon by the government? Guess what folks: HR 6090 DOES EXACTLY THAT!
See the bill provides a definition of “anti-semitic.” That bill clearly states that the definition will be based on what the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance claims it is. That definition is SUPER BROAD!
But that’s not the point.
The point is the House is allowing a non-‘Murican organization to make rules and standards for Good Ol’ ‘Murica!
IHRA is NOT part of ‘Murica. Never have been. Yes, ‘Murica is a member of the organization. That’s fine. What’s not fine is allowing that foreign entity to dictate rules and standards to ‘Muricans.
Throughout the history of these here U-Nited States, we have NEVER allowed that. Why do you think we do not have the metric system? We simply do not allow other countries to dictate or define ANYTHING to us.
Is it arrogant? ABSOLUTELY! Is it ‘Merican-centric? DAMN STRAIGHT! Is it right? HELL IF I KNOW! But, it is how we do it!
If your representative voted “yea” on this bill, you need to vote them out! They will sell you out to whoever in a heartbeat and they don’t give a DAMN about our Constitution! Send them packing!
