Ed-vise: 10 Commandments

A SUMMER TIME GOOD MORNING!!! to you all! Yup, it’s SUMMER TIME! SUNS OUT; GUNS OUT! Granted, grandad would NEVER advocate for tank tops ever. However…he’s dead so…SUNS OUT; GUNS OUT!

Free For All Friday Ed-vise today. Cause it’s FRIDAY! OPEN MAT; PIZZA NIGHT!

I have to talk about this one and it’s the issue created by the Traitor State of LOOSER-ANNA.

So, they recently passed a law that requires pretty much every school in that landfill to hang the 10 Commandments up in the classrooms. It must hang on an 11×14 paper and be readable and all that other stuff.

Legally and constitutionally, it should go away in the courts. OR, the courts will say you have to let ALL “religious” groups put their laws up as well. However, with the lack of ethics in this SU-PREEM Court…I give it a 10 – 15% chance of being allowed.

Now, I was musing about this over the last couple days. Just pondering the notion cause that’s what I do. I’m stupid like that.

Many of the christian nationalists want this. Claim it’s “God’s Laws.” From God himself. Written by his finger on stone tablets and given to Moses. 10 Laws. Just 10.

As I was musing, I thought what if they were put up? I say “sure.” Why not?

Then, all the so called “adults” in the room can answer the uncomfortable questions that the little minds of children come up with.

Like “why do politicians lie?” Or, “why does Amazon work seven days a week?” Or, “what’s adultery?”

They can answer the questions about all the hate they espouse in the name of God yet nowhere in those 10 Commandments does it mention the things or lifestyles they hate.

They can answer what it is to have a “false idol.”

And, they can answer the question of “why can the state kill an innocent person?”

The only reason the state’s want to hang the 10 Commandments up is to appease some notion that we are honoring God by doing so. A symbolic gesture to appease an all seeing, all knowing, omnipresent God.

The educators in LOOSER-ANNA, more likely than not, do NOT have the ability or understanding or training to answer the questions the little Cherubs (angels) will bring to class and should bring to class. Especially if the state wants to play that game.

A bit of Ed-vise for such states that want to do that: keep it simple. Put up the words that Jesus used to summarize the 10 Commandments: “Love your neighbor as you would yourself.” Mark 12:31.

It’s much easier to explain and way less paper. Look at me…saving money for ‘Murican Schools!

I’m just saying

That’s it for today. Be the person your dog thinks you are. Check in on each other and remember a moose with no name is called…ANONY-MOOSE! BWAHAHAHAHHAHA…good one!

Peace
