A quiet and foggy GOOD MORNING!!! to you all! Great walk with Hershey this morning. One person with a light on their head got a curious look from Hershey.
Today’s bit o trivia: Silent Hypoxia. Sounds scary. WELL IT IS!!! Hypoxia is when your body is low on oxygen. It’s obvious because you show signs and stuff. Silent hypoxia, on the other hand, is less outright noticeable. But your organs are subject to lower oxygen levels which, over time, are detrimental. Which is why you need to play hard ball with this COVID thing. See, COVID goes in and damages the lungs. Damaged lungs then don’t produce enough oxygen. Not outright though, real subtle like. You don’t have the shortness of breath or difficulty breathing. But, instead, your levels of oxygen are low and your organs are struggling. SO KEEP YOURSELF PROTECTED!
Anyway…
Think About it Thursday Ed-vise today
Did you ever wonder about your time on earth? At 50, I tend to.
See, we were given two things by our Creator: our word and time.
Every song, poem, story, philosopher, whatever say the same thing “time is a valuable thing.” Many on their dying day asked for more time. We always seek more time. How many times do you hear someone or yourself ask for more time? Time.
Our cells have only so much time; so many reproductions.
In reading Cal Newport’s book “Deep Work” I had to pause and reflect on time. Because I am probably the most guilty of wasting it. Time wasted is time lost. Time lost NEVER COMES BACK.
So Think About It. Do you plan every hour of your day; Sunday to Sunday; waking to sleeping? If you want to make a difference you need to make something different. Make every minute count. I’m just saying
That’s it for today. Take care of yourselves. Check in on each other and remember “Time o give me time; cause time makes lovers feel like they got something real.”
Peace
