A cold GOOD MORNING!!! to you all! Yup, it’s cold this morning in my house. Wife let me know along with my body letting me know. At least it isn’t windy.
Think About it Thursday Ed-vise today. Cause it’s THURSDAY! Time for some thinking!
I’m gonna do two Think About Its today. Why? Because I can and this is ‘Merica!
First, the Met Gala. The show event attended by celebrities big and small decked out in some outlandish get ups. Many critics of the dresses came out of the woodworks and many nay sayers and haters spoke out against such outlandish dress.
Here’s the thing.
The Met Gala is a charity fund-raiser for the New York Metropolitan Art Museum. The money allows residents of New York to go to the museum for free. Once I realized that this event was for an art museum, I could understand why celebrities would dress up as, well, an art piece. Think About It.
Number 2 has to do with the Fake Patriot Senator Marco Rubio.
He penned a letter demanding the resignation of Gen. Milley because the General called China while Rubio’s love interest (Trump) was busy losing his ever loving mind.
China wanted some assurances that they weren’t going to be nuked by Trump. A relatively fair question considering several news outlets debated the same question of could Trump launch nukes.
So, Gen. Milley gave China a call and said don’t worry about it. He further said if the US was going to invade, he’d give a call ahead of time.
And that’s the part I want you to Think About It.
Why would I tell my “enemy” that I will give them a call ahead of time? BECAUSE…I want them to believe I will give them a call!
While they wait for a call, I show up on their doorstep! SURPRISE!!!
And as far as the other part in Rubio’s crocodile tears letter about Milley speaking to his Pentagon people. Yeah. It’s 100% fine to brief people on their roles and reponsibilities during the transition of power AND to remind them that if a psycho orders them to do something…run it by the General first. At least then you get a second opinion.
