An early Forward Ambulation GOOD MORNING!!! to you all! Yup, woke up at 330am this morning. Simply had one too many things on my mind. From travel to jitsu to Hershey having a bad dream (he was doing that sleep bark thing), all of them woke me up. Gonna be a long day!
Monday Musings Ed-vise today. Cause it’s MONDAY! So GET AFTER IT!
I’ll start by saying that these playoff games have been some of the BEST football I have watched in a very long time! Holy Cats! I mean right down to the last play of the game! Way to go Bengals; Way to go Rams! Both teams earning, and I do mean EARNING the privilege of going to the Superbowl. Even if it will be a home game for the Rams. Well done!
Then, this morning, I was on my Forward Ambulation. I was pondering why I was so distracted with so many different thoughts going on. I came to the conclusion that, Sunday nights, I cannot watch Ozark.
I do like that show, I will say that. However, I think it is influencing me with respect to stress. The amount of twists and turns that the Byrd family has to contort themselves into in order to survive…I don’t see how ANY of them get any sleep.
When you like story, you are usually drawn into it. The story sparks an emotion or something. For me, this one is the emotion of STRESS! How do they keep all their stories and commitments straight along with the son (he needs his ass kicked) going off and doing what he does. AHHHHH! I’m surprised that the show’s cast doesn’t have mental breakdowns every time they do the script reading.
Still, I do love the show. I just don’t think I should watch it Sunday nights before bed. Might be keeping me awake.
