A beautiful GOOD MORNING!!! to you all! Yup, this morning was very nice. Just a slight nip in the air but not enough to put on a sweat shirt. Also heard a horse chatting away in horse tongue…whatever that is.

On my way back from Pop’s Place down in Corona, I stopped at my sister’s place in Coarsegold outside of Yosemite.
Sidebar: Her and my brother in law have an absolutely AMAZING place! It sits on a mountainside and has views FOREVER! Once in a while critters (deer and wild turkey) will wonder through their place. Bobcat stopped in once at around 3am to see the place. Truly a peaceful and serene place.
During my visit with Sis, she asked me how do I deal with or manifest or whatever with change?
Mind you, I am ALWAYS humbled when someone asks me questions like this. I really am. Especially when someone like my sister asks. And I would encourage you, my faithful readers, to have the same sentiment when ANYONE asks you such a question. If they haven’t, they will.
It is one of those questions where a person has to take pause. Close the computer; put down the phone; stop scrolling. The person being asked MUST take a second and reflect. There is a lot riding on the answer.
And that is what I did.
I pointed out the one constant in our lives is “change.” Change we can count on. Sometimes you see it coming; often times you don’t. And there is only ONE part of change that YOU can control: how you react to it. Between stimulus and response is a gap. Sometimes the gap is tiny, sometimes it is huge. That gap is your strength. That is where the power of “Choice” comes into play. And “Choice” is where it is at.
Choice makes or breaks your reputation. It makes all of your future…everything.
So, in these days of upheaval and seeming chaos, what will you choose to do? What will your strength look like?
You cannot stop time and you cannot stop change. You can choose how you will handle it. So, EMBRACE THE SUCK! It builds character!
