Monday Musings Ed-vise today
If it ain’t one thing it’s something else with these folks in the White House. I mean a literal circus show of events. It is no wonder we (meaning ‘Merica) aren’t leading the world when it comes to dealing with this virus.
President gets it, doesn’t tell anyone, goes to a rally then a Supreme Court announcement and now, everyone has it that works at the White House. Add to that he decides to take a drive by photo op and expose all kinds of other people to this virus.
But, that has nothing to do with my musings.
What I muse about is Big Brother. Yes, I watch it and my name is Ed.
Before the show started, the participants were isolated for 14 days before going into the house. They were tested daily and finally allowed in the house after being symptom free.
Now, they have been in the house all this time. No contact with the outside world.
The host of the show, Julie Chen-Moonves, interviews the players when they come out of the house. When the players exit the Big Brother House, they must put on masks. Julie reminds them of this for each exit.
Here’s the thing: If anyone needs to where a mask, it is Julie… NOT THE PLAYERS! Why? Because they have been in isolation, from the rest of the world well past the life span of the virus. Remember, the masks are not supposed to protect you but to contain the virus within you. I’m just sayin
Anyway…
