Think About It Thursday Ed-vise today
With so much going on in these here times, it’s hard to pick a specific topic to provide. The elections, workplace safety, life on consulting, carpentry, even Jiu Jitsu. Law, health, recipes. It just goes on and on.
With the election so close, I want you to think about voting. Your vote in particular.
I have heard from so many people saying they will vote party lines. PARTY LINES!?!?! Even if they don’t like the candidate. They will simply vote for someone because that person has an R or D next to their name.
This is the absolute most ridiculous and stupid reason to cast your vote for a particular person. Normally I can find a decent excuse to justify things. But, this idea of voting for a party is, and always will be stupid… in my book. Further, I get even more pissed when I think about having to register as a D or an R.
If you want a perfect example of wasting your vote, vote party lines. Plain and simple. A political party DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART. Nor do they give two shits about your philosophies or how you think people should be treated. POLITICAL PARTIES CARE ABOUT ONE THING AND ONE THING ONLY: THE PARTY! I’m just sayin
Anyway…
