A rainy GOOD MORNING!!! to you all!!! Only did two laps this morning. Intended three but a certain 3 year old kept me awake with a cough all night so a bit of motivation issue.
Today’s bit o trivia: Frank Winfield Woolworth. He was born in 1852 up in New York. His favorite game growing up was “Store Clerk.” He and his brothers would set up a play store and he would sell them stuff. Kids. Well, later on he founded Woolworth’s! Years after his death, in 1960 (today type) one of his stores gained national notoriety. See, in the store was a lunch counter. That lunch counter did not serve black people. Company policy and all. Well, 4 black students walked in and sat down ordering lunch. And that is how the peaceful “Lunch Counter Protests” got started.

Monday Musings Ed-vise today
Was musing about the events of the Reddit Army this past weekend while making long cuts on a 2 x 4 for the slats of a wine box.
See, Reddit Army was a coordinated effort that drove the price of a beaten down stock through the roof much to the chagrin of a bunch of greedy hedge fund folk. They wanted to short the thing that had already been shorted to death.
I have actually been wondering, in my thinking, how long it would be for that to happen. See stocks go up when the availability of them goes down. Basic principle of supply and demand. A Warren Buffet could drive the price of a stock through the roof if he put all of his money on that stock. Buys up all the shares making it a rare stock. Well, us masses types never have a enough money to do something like that. At least by ourselves. With a coordinated effort, the masses could easily do the same thing. What I’m saying is if you wanted to do something like the Reddit Army did, you can. You just have to trust the other “soldiers” want to do the same thing. I’m just saying
