Ed-vise: Teaching History

A leg cramps GOOD MORNING!!! to you all! Yup, last night at jits the old hamstrings were cramping up. Then, while trying to sleep, the calves decided they wanted to do the same. What a drag it is getting old!

Think About it Thursday Ed-vise today. Cause it’s THURSDAY! Time to THINK!

How will “today” be taught in the future?

The politics of today along, as supported by the Whores of the Confederacy and Mommies of Liberty, seek to ban books and erase history as history happened.

Ron Desantis is proving that the Naval Academy has given an Officer’s Commission to a fool. Reason I say this is that Ronny believes CRT and any book that is supported by the LGBTQ community will result in the downfall of ‘Murica. Furthermore, he does not believe, like his supporting Whores and Mommies, that history should be taught correctly. In particular he was focusing on the Native American history.

So, let’s Think About that.

How will the questions be answered? I mean, just the simple questions from a curious child.

For instance: How did Osceola County get it’s name? That’s a county in Ronnie Boy’s state of Flo-Rida. Then, as the conversation would roll along between child and mom and dad, the next one would be along the lines of “What happened to him?”

He died.

How?

A simple Google search will answer all those questions and lay out how the land of Chief Osceola was “stolen” for lack of a better word.

No matter how uncomfortable history makes a person “feel”, there is no other way to teach it. Often times, history makes us “feel” uncomfortable. It is what it is, plain and simple. The facts don’t lie.

What makes it so important to teach history correctly has to do with how we become a better society. Pain is probably the best teacher out there. We learn best from those things that “hurt” us. Why? Because we don’t want that pain again. If the facts of the past “hurt” then we learn how not to repeat the mistake that caused the pain.

If we choose to ignore or, even worse, LIE about our past, then we will end up making similar, horrible mistakes that end up causing bigger problems. Even going so far as to lead into blood shed.

The facts don’t lie people. Simple as that. To try and gloss over or teach otherwise creates a Society of Fools otherwise known as the Whores of the Confederacy…YEAH…I said it!

I’m just saying

That’s it for today. Take care of yourselves. Check in on each other and remember have your funeral in the afternoon. Most people are not…MOURNING PEOPLE! HAHAHAHHAHAHA…tear

Peace
