A lovely Spring GOOD MORNING!!! to you all! Yup, it finally came! Spring! At least it seems that way!
What Would You Do Wednesday Ed-vise today. Cause it’s WEDNESDAY! And I do love WEDNESDAYS!
Once again, a dude a little older than me shot a kid that was playing Hide and Seek.
On a side note I think the kids should play Kick the Can. I was a Kick the Can kind of kid. Hide and seek was just annoying. Kick the Can had a lot more action.
But I digress
So, homeowner hears kids doing what kids do: have fun.
It was at night in Louisiana. Probably could hear crickets and see fire flies. At least from my times in Louisiana. So, the neighborhood kids are out and running around. Man it just brings back memories!
But, this jackass homeowner steps out with his gun and starts shooting.
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!?!
I shouldn’t be surprised. Quite frankly, I’m not. I’m just angry and disappointed. A & D at yet ANOTHER violent OVER-reaction to kids. Simply NOT being the person a stranger will do CPR on.
So, for armed homeowners, here is a bit of Ed-vise for you.
Go to the dojo and learn Ju Jitsu. Learn Judo. Learn boxing. Learn some sort of hand to hand fighting. Then, your first reaction to kids playing in your yard won’t be to shoot them. It will be along the lines of “Get out of my yard!”
A person cannot help but to shake their head at the absolute STUPIDITY of some gun owners. The stupid adage of “Shoot First and ask questions later”…yeah…it relates to dueling or when someone else has a weapon.
It doesn’t relate to killing innocent children.
I’m just saying
That’s it for today. Be the person a stranger will do CPR on. Check in on each other and remember if you go to a restaurant and have pelican, the BILL WILL BE HUGE!!! BWAHAHAHAHHAHAHA…get it?
